Fest Logistics LLC carries warranty obligations for the products sold according to the stated warranty periods, which are indicated in the technical data sheet of the goods for the shipped equipment.

Consideration of the service case is carried out upon a written request of the prescribed form, which the client must send to the service center of Fest Logistics LLC. The responsible service officer, after receiving an official letter on the consideration of the service case with attached photos, registers and reviews applications in the order they are received within one working day. Next, the customer is informed of the complaint number.
If necessary, the representative of Fest Logistics LLC may request additional information on the complaint from the client.
