In order to save space, the 150 m2 3-storey mezzanine floor was replaced with 2 automated KARDEX Shuttle XP 500 vertical cabinets at the Gagarin plant in 2016. This unique system solves the problem of storing small pieces of goods, creating high-density storage in a small space. Having a small base area, only 8 m2, the cabinet allows you to use the entire height of the room (the height of the cabinet in this case was 7 m). It should be noted that thanks to its modular design, the Shuttle XP can be adapted to the required height, both before and after installation; the number of distribution windows can also be changed. Depending on the room height, you can save up to 85% of the installation area compared to conventional storage systems.

Since 2013, we have been equipping warehouses in different regions for this company. The minimum area of an equipped warehouse is 1000 sq. m. In our warehouses, we installed various types of racks (shelf mezzanine, cantilever, shelf and front racks), as the goods are of various non-standard dimensions. The mezzanine was installed for small-piece products with a bypass of columns. Beam frame on the front racks - for storing non-standard profile. Cantilevered - for storing countertops. Front doors are used for storing chipboard. Shelf QMS - for storing furniture edges.
The main task was as follows: - creating high-density storage that allows you to place products of non-standard dimensions.
