Pallet Gravity Racks for Biocad 52 sq. m. 3.8 m. Channel depth 5 and 6 palletomest

Biocad is an international innovative full-cycle biotechnology company. Before the project implementation, the task was to equip a loading area in the warehouse of a pharmaceutical manufacturer. The goods are shipped on pallets, with an average pallet weight of 700 kg.

In order to optimize the shipment process, pallet gravity racks are installed. The channels are 5 and 6 pallet deep. The height of the structures is 3,8 m, 2 tiers. The capacity of gravity racks is 88 pallets. As a result of the project implementation, the product shipment process has been optimized, labor costs have been reduced, and the order processing speed has increased.
