It is necessary to combine the storage of individual goods on the lower tier with pallet storage on the upper tiers of racks. At the same time, both small-piece and large-sized goods should be stored at the bottom. You also need to restrict access to some of the products on the lower tier.
Solution
The shelving structure combines lightweight shelf racks on the lower tier and 6 upper tiers of pallet storage. The lower tier is equipped with high-strength protective elements. To prevent small items from falling out, special metal panels have been developed that are attached to the side and back of the cell. For small-piece goods, cardboard boxes of a certain size with dividers inside are designed.To restrict access to individual SMK shelving units, doors were installed that are attached to the front shelving frames and locked with a key.
