Front shelving units for Biaxplen 1200 sq. m. 4 meters (2 tiers) 954 pallet spaces

The client is a subsidiary of the SIBUR petrochemical group, a leading manufacturer of biaxially oriented films (BOPP) in Russia. Production sites are located in five regions of Russia and in Italy. The total film production capacity in Russia is over 180 thousand tons per year. A warehouse is required for storing polypropylene film on pallets with the condition of maximum use of the area and height of the room.

The warehouse has an area of 1200 sq. m. It is equipped with front racks with a height of 1 to 4 tiers (including floor). The minimum storage capacity is 750 tons. Product size from 800x800mm to 1200x1950mm, maximum pallet height 2 m. The weight of a pallet with a load of up to 1800 kg, the maximum permissible load per tier is 4000 kg.
As a result of the project implementation, the following is provided:

• maximum possible straightness of cargo flows and shortest travel distance,
• minimum cargo handling time.
• convenience of cargo transportation and transport connection of the shipping area with access roads.
